As Customer Success Manager you focus on improving the relationship with our Dutch and English speaking customers worldwide. You help our customers to get the best out of the software, help our customers with switching to the new licence structure and look for upselling opportunities. The Customer Success team is one of our newest teams. There is a lot to be done and room for your input on processes and workflows. We look for people that are passionate about customer relationships, data driven and good at breaking down problems into actionable steps. - Whether it’s an one-man company or a big event producer, you are in charge of giving our customers a smooth journey from after-sales to onboarding - Get customers to our new license structure - Train customers on implementing the software and using new features - Proactively reach out to customers and develop strong relationships with them. Following up on success plans, product education and improvement suggestions. Their feedback is what makes our product even better! - Looking for opportunities to upsell our services
You are expected to work full time. This will be during regular business hours (09:00-17:00).

From small companies to high-end event service providers, businesses in over 70 countries use our software to realize festivals, concerts, corporate events, and more. For event service providers that encounter daily challenges with keeping track of inventory, scheduling staff or creating professional estimates in a highly dynamic industry, Rentman is a solution. Rentman has its HQ in Utrecht (The Netherlands) and other locations in Toronto (Canada) and Colombo (Sri Lanka). Over the last 10 years, we have successfully grown into a business that employs almost 70 professionals with 20 different nationalities.
