Build deep relationships (international) customers. Smoothly bring fresh clients through the onboarding process. Provide a 5-star customer experience to exceed expectations. Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve client results and satisfaction. Help, coach and onboard (new) colleagues. Identify opportunities and maximize revenue in your client portfolio. Wear the doctor’s white coat - educate clients and colleagues with your great insights and knowledge. Help shape the future of Re:Shark mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills.

You will be expected to work full time during regular office hours (9:00-17:00).

• Native in Dutch and fluent in English.
• 1+ years experience in hospitality, customer success or account management.
• You love to connect with and help people.
• Strong social, communication and project management skills.
• You feel responsible.
• You have a 'we can do it' mentality.
• You take own-initiative.
