The tasks
As a Working Student you will take on a wide range of tasks! ChainCraft is looking for a fun and enthusiastic person who can help them with not only administration and organization, but who can assist and think along in their search for sustainable and innovative solutions.
Working hours
You will be expected to work Parttime (16hrs - 24hrs a week). In the beginning you will be expected to work on site, though when you get the hang of it working hybrid/remote can be discussed.
Organisation
ChainCraft is a leading innovative company in the biobased economy. It focuses on the development and production of high-quality sustainable biochemicals through fermentation processes. The raw materials for ChainCraft's processes are by-products and/or residual flows from the waste, food and agricultural industry, through which ChainCraft contributes to the circular economy. Through ChainCraft's patented process, which has been scaled up to a commercial demonstration plant, medium-chain fatty acids (MCFA) are produced from food waste. These fatty acids can be used as high-quality raw materials in the pharmaceutical, food, feed or chemical industry. In addition, ChainCraft is developing new fermentation technologies on a lab and pilot scale for the production of other biobased chemicals. ChainCraft has currently started using its demonstration factory, for which we are looking for an experienced and driven process operator.
Who are you?

- Independent, accurate, quality conscious;
- Collegial and social skills.
Terms of employment
- A salary of €15 an hour;
