Introduction

Rentman is a fast growing SaaS company and looking for people who want to contribute to this growth. As a Sales Account Executive you play a crucial role in this. By selling our software, you will help companies to run their activities more smoothly and efficiently. This way you will help companies in the event industry to take their business to the next level after two years of shutdown due to Covid-19. Our tool brings departments and processes together in one tool; ensures efficient warehouse planning; grants seamless collaboration of teams and therefore saves enormous amounts of time! You will work in an international sales team consisting of 9 colleagues from 6 countries. Together with another colleague, you will focus on the Dutch-speaking market. You work on the basis of inbound leads and devise outbound sales strategies to reach new and larger customers.

The tasks

- You are responsible for (developing) your own monthly and annual sales plan; - You identify outbound leads and create new sales opportunities; - You will talk to leads at all levels (from the warehouse manager to the manager or management) via telephone and e-mail; - You work closely with the Marketing, Product and Customer Success team to align your sales strategy with new features, products or projects; - By giving a demo, you show how Rentman's technology solves problems and improves their business. And once you're ready for bigger leads, show them all the benefits during a company visit.

Working hours

You are expected to work between 32 and 40 hours. This during regular office hours (09:00-17:00). Half of the time you will work at home and more can be discussed.

From small businesses to high-end event service providers, companies in more than 70 countries use our software to realize festivals, concerts, corporate events, and more. Rentman is the solution for companies in the event and entertainment industry to manage and plan their business from one tool. This includes material, transport and personnel planning. Rentman is headquartered in Utrecht (Netherlands) and other locations in Toronto (Canada) and Colombo (Sri Lanka). In the past 10 years we have successfully grown into a company with almost 70 professionals from 20 different nationalities.

Who are you?

  • You have a passion for sales and you are not afraid to do cold / outbound sales;
  • You have successful experience in B2B sales or selling digital services (preferably SaaS);
  • You adapt in a fast and dynamic environment;
  • You work systematically and methodically to consistently achieve your goals;
  • Having experience in the audiovisual or event industry is a plus;
  • You like achieving results and you get energy from closing deals;
  • You want to exceed goals and expectations and with your communication skills you build good relationships with leads and customers.

Terms of employment

  • Salary that consists of two parts: a base salary and a bonus structure;
  • Fixed salary of €3000,- per month based on full time;
  • Bonus structure where usually between €400 to €1000 is earned;
  • A 13th month based on business performance;
  • 25 vacation days;
  • Personal budget for education and training;
  • Voluntary pension scheme;
  • Various sports activities and a OneFit subscription;
  • A flexible and open work environment with: free lunch, Xbox, Ping Pong, legendary (karaoke) parties, fun team activities and an informal atmosphere;
  • If you have been employed for five years, you will get a sabbatical of 4 weeks;
