Spryng is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales employee to join the DACH sales team. As a Business developer you work closely with the Country Manager of the DACH region and your focus is on increasing and expanding the German-speaking customer base. Spryng may have been around for 15 years, but the company can still be compared to a startup in terms of culture: there are no fixed processes and we are open to all new ideas and input. You will be given the opportunity to try new things and to develop both personally and professionally. Since we have been part of a large English party (Commify) that has telecommunications companies throughout Europe, many international growth opportunities have also been created for our employees.

Establishing and maintaining customer relationships is your main focus, but you are also constantly looking for new ideas to tap into new segments. It is your job to understand where the customer's pain points are and to solve them where possible.
You are expected to come and work full time. This is during regular office hours (09:00-17:00). Since Spryng is an SMS supplier, it falls under the vital sector (and also facilitates the logistics sector and healthcare), we also work in the office in times of corona (in shifts).
