As a Customer Service Agent you are the calling card to the customer. You get energy from having customer contact and are challenged by thinking along and solving problems. This is where you make the difference! - You are versatile and you answer various daily questions on different channels like phone, email, chat, Facebook etc. - The complete customer experience, from the first contact to taking care of customer satisfaction while using Bold products. This also includes the handling returns, both communication to the customer and internally to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken. - Solving commercial, financial or technical questions are placed on your plate. For example, how to use our App, how to step-by-step determine the right cylinder size . You know exactly how a customer can solve any issues. - Further scaling up our Support Knowledge Base: the place where customers can find more information when it suits them! - Working in a team with 1 common goal: Satisfied users. - Show initiative to continuously improve and update our working methods and procedures.
You are expected to work 32 to 40 hours per week. In principle, you work together at the office, but it is possible to work from home for one or two days (hybrid).
