A product that sells itself, is easy to use and is therefore created for everyone, worldwide. Fat grows fast, and that's why we need you! Will you be our new colleague in our Operations team?

The tasks

As a Customer Service Agent you are the calling card to the customer. You get energy from having customer contact and are challenged by thinking along and solving problems. This is where you make the difference! - You are versatile and you answer various daily questions on different channels like phone, email, chat, Facebook etc. - The complete customer experience, from the first contact to taking care of customer satisfaction while using Bold products. This also includes the handling returns, both communication to the customer and internally to ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken. - Solving commercial, financial or technical questions are placed on your plate. For example, how to use our App, how to step-by-step determine the right cylinder size . You know exactly how a customer can solve any issues. - Further scaling up our Support Knowledge Base: the place where customers can find more information when it suits them! - Working in a team with 1 common goal: Satisfied users. - Show initiative to continuously improve and update our working methods and procedures.

Working hours

You are expected to work 32 to 40 hours per week. In principle, you work together at the office, but it is possible to work from home for one or two days (hybrid).

In the busy and hectic everyday life, we think it's pointless to waste time searching for lost keys. That's why we designed a smart lock which is a solution to this problem. We are Bold! Who are you?

  • You have a HBO diploma and at least one year of relevant experience in a role where customer-oriented working is central.
  • Speaking and writing German is no problem for you!
  • You have sufficient understanding of Dutch and English.
  • You are the best at communicating. Just like coming up with the right solutions.
  • You take a critical look at questions and comments that come in at Support and you like to think along to further improve our customer service.
  • As part of the Operations team, you ensure that the customer is addressed as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • You are flexible and alert and you cope well with peak moments together.
