Are you commercially driven, do you find calling no problem at all and do you have great persuasiveness? Then you might be the one we're looking for. Spryng is looking for an enthusiastic, inquisitive and ambitious sales employee to join our Belgian team on the Walloon Market.
In this role you are partly responsible for increasing the market potential of Spryng on the Walloon market. As a Business developer you work closely with the Country Manager of Belgium and your focus is on increasing, expanding and maintaining the customer base in Wallonia. Spryng is therefore looking for someone with promising talent who wakes up in the morning with great drive, ambition and the determination to turn a lead into a new partnership. Would you like to be involved in the optimization of communication flows in companies and is sales in your blood? Within the position you are in constant contact with potential leads, both digitally and physically. You look for leads, qualify them and determine the appropriate follow-up yourself. It is your job to understand where the customer's pain points are and to solve them where possible. You are constantly looking for new ideas to tap into new segments or to get new companies excited about Spryng. Establishing and maintaining customer relationships is your main focus. That is why we prefer to see you on the phone or outside the door a lot, because your agenda is full of appointments with (potential) customers. For the position, command of the French and English language is a must.
You will be expected to work full time during regular office hours (9:00-17:00).
